SOBHA LIMITED formerly Sobha Developers Limited was founded by Mr. Puthan Neduvakkatt Chenthamaraksha Menon ( Mr. PNC Menon ). In year 1976 Mr. Menon Migrated to OMAN. He Developed his construction and Interior decoration Business in Oman. Mr. Menon moved back after Having a long journey in Middle East of Creating Lots of Royal Castle’s and Hotels and Luxurious Villas.“SOBHA DEVELOPERS” was established by Mr. PNC Menon in Year 1994 in his own Supervision. In Year 2005 the company listed their shares in Bombay stock exchange. The Current Chairman of Sobha Limited is Mr. Ravi Menon. From the foundation of the Company ( 2 decades ) the Company holds over 100 millon sq ft area which is delivered, underdevelopment as well as developable area. Sobha Limited is operational in 24 Cities in 13 States of india. Like Banglore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Pune, Coimbatore, Cochin, Delhi Ncr, Thrissur etc. The Company is operational in overseas also.
