Overview

As an anchor to Gurgaon's newest commercial corridor, the Pioneer Park retail and entertainment district establishes both a gateway and a unique destination for the region. Pioneer Hi Street will create a special retail experience that is unique to the region. It will become the retail and cultural focus for Pioneer, accommodating the highest quality international and domestic restaurants, bars, and galleries. A selection of premier class retail stores, from fashion to home wares, will be situated within a unique pedestrian-friendly "Pioneer Hi Street" environment.
An expansive pedestrian promenade is situated at the Pioneer Park edge - becoming the ideal location for leisurely walks, window-shopping, and enjoying one of the many cafés and restaurants.
Dynamic architecture will help to support the entertainment strategy, with surfaces and facades that allow for large scale, artistic, and commercial displays that entertain, and fill the adjacent outdoor spaces with color and light. A large-scale event space, filled with colorful landscapes and fountains, forms an outdoor focal point for the Entertainment Center.
